About Sophia Machill
Founder & Principal Consultant
Sophia Machill founded Pulse Change Consulting to help organizations unlock the true potential of digital transformation by aligning people, technology and ways of working.
With a background in Molecular Life Sciences and extensive experience in Organizational Change Management and communication, she has supported both local and global transformation initiatives in the Life Sciences industry, often in regulated and cross-functional environments shaped by digital change.
What motivates her work is a deep curiosity about how new technologies change the way people work, collaborate and create value, and how organizations can unlock this potential by involving people early, providing orientation and fostering shared ownership.
Sophia combines deep industry understanding with structured OCM expertise and clear storytelling, translating complex initiatives into human-centered change journeys that drive adoption, engagement and sustainable impact.
