Sophia Machill is the founder of Pulse Change Consulting.
With a background in Molecular Life Sciences and extensive experience in Organizational Change Management and communication, she has supported global and local transformation initiatives, primarily driven by digital system implementations and strategic or operational shifts.
She combines deep industry understanding with structured OCM expertise and strong communication capability — translating transformation initiatives into clear, human-centered change journeys.
Sophia is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner and is personally involved in client engagements, supported by a trusted network of experienced partners depending on scope and needs.
